As part of our circularity strategy, we offer a wide range of refillable products. We were one of the first brands in the cosmetics industry to introduce refills.
We are thrilled that our refills have been well received by our customers, and so we plan to further develop and promote refill options across more product lines. With our dedicated refill cabinet in-store we aim to inspire our customer to discover all of our refillable options.

Social Procurement
Rituals is a founding partner and proud sponsor of Tiny Miracles, our leading initiative in social procurement.
Our goodie bags and beach bags are all handmade by women in Mumbai, India. Making these bags provides them with life-changing income, which allows them to provide housing, health care and education for themselves and their families. In recent years, bracelets have been added to the collection, to enable women who can’t sew or leave the house to make a living too.

In some cases, synthetic ingredients are still the best option for product safety, usability, and environmental impact.

Overal employee engagement score
The overall Engagement score of 8.3 is far above the benchmark of 7.5.
The global eNPS score (expressed in ‘how likely are you to recommend Rituals as a place to work?’) remains high at 42. For the first time as part of the survey we asked our employees for their happiness scores. At 8.4 the result was encouraging. The open comments made it clear that when it comes to the happiness of our employees, feeling a part of the Rituals community is vital.
